Howard Earhart, Chairman
Mr. Earhart started his career at Eastman Kodak, was President of Memorex’s Consumer Products Group and was the turn-around CEO of 15 high tech companies in the last 25 years. As Chairman and CEO of Power Integrations (NASDAQ: POWI) he led a turnaround of this analog semiconductor company in 1994 that resulted in an IPO in 1997. The business model for LensVector is patterned on the very successful model of POWI, which currently has annual revenue in excess of $300 million selling over one billion IC’s per year into consumer and industrial electronics markets. At the end of Q3 2013 POWI had a market cap that exceeded $1.5 billion.
